About
If unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or painful relationship patterns are leaving you anxious, disconnected, or stuck, you are not alone. I work with adults who want to understand and transform the deeper roots of their suffering, including complex family histories, chronic anxiety, and experiences that still shape the way they move through the world. Many of the people who seek me out have tried traditional talk therapy and felt that they were circling the same insights without meaningful change. My approach is designed for individuals who are intellectually curious, reflective, and ready for work that is deep and healing. I work with three primary groups of clients. I support adults recovering from trauma, individuals living with complex PTSD, and fellow mental health professionals seeking a therapist who understands the particular challenges of our field. My clinical training includes EMDR, parts work, AEDP, mindfulness meditation, and ego state therapy. I’ve walked my own path through mental health struggles, so I know how important a safe, shame-free space can be. I welcome you to connect for a free consultation and see if we might be the right match for your healing journey. Specialties: I help with trauma, attachment wounds, emotionally immature parents, narcissistic partners, and chronic anxiety. Treatment often includes EMDR, parts work, and ego state therapy, offered with compassion and evidence-based care. Clients gain stability, deeper self-awareness, and lasting relief. Credentials & Experience: Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 18 years in university and healthcare leadership. During that time I served as a hospice volunteer an meditation instructor. My education includes a master's in education, a master's in clinicial mental healthcare, and a doctorate in human development.
"Clients find that I am an attachment-focused clinician who uses EMDR, parts work, and ego state therapy, while trusting your own wisdom and judgment, to support healing from trauma, complex PTSD, issues of self-worth, shame, and maladaptive relationship patterns."
