About

Accepting new clients. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults who appear capable and “together” on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. They may be carrying the weight of past or current trauma, grief, relational stress, perfectionism, or long-term burnout. Some struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from themselves, others, or their faith. Many are longing for a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, grounded, and life-giving. I am an EMDR-certified, trauma-focused Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults move beyond coping into deeper healing. My approach is warm and individualized, integrating EMDR (weekly or 3-6 hours intensives for deeper focused healing), IFS, CBT, DBT, somatic-informed techniques, and optional faith integration. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to perform, have it all figured out, or carry everything alone. My style is calm, nurturing, and collaborative, helping you feel safe enough to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have been weighing on you. If you are ready to consider deeper, lasting healing and relief, I am here. Specialties: I help adults manage anxiety, overwhelm, emotional distress, and life challenges while gently strengthening coping skills. From there, we explore and address the root causes of symptoms, helping you gain clarity, resilience, and lasting emotional balance in a calm, supportive, and collaborative space. Credentials & Experience: I'm a licensed professional counselor with 20 years of experience and a Master of Science, including graduate training in faith/spiritual integration. I'm EMDR-certified, with advanced training in attachment, dissociation, OCD, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

"I integrate EMDR (including EMDR Intensives), IFS (parts work), CBT, DBT, and somatic-informed approaches, with optional faith integration. Sessions are warm, calm, collaborative, and trauma-focused, helping you feel safe, understood, and supported as we process past experiences, regulate emotions, build coping skills, and move toward deeper, lasting healing and renewed wholeness."
