About
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down, you’re not alone. Too many of us grew up hearing “man up” when what we really needed was space to be seen and understood. If managing anger or the pressure to hold it all together feels impossible, it doesn’t have to stay this way. I help men and teen boys work through depression, anxiety, anger, and racial or cultural trauma while building balance, confidence, and healthier ways to cope. I use a combination of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you make changes. In our sessions, we will identify your goals, unpack your story and help you build skills to better manage your life and relationships. I I use a trauma-informed environment to process past experiences and move towards growth. I believe that vulnerability has the power to change the trajectory of a person's life. Therapy with me is interactive, light-hearted, and focused on growth. We will talk about important things, laugh a lot, and push you towards the life you want for yourself. If you are ready for things to change, reach out and we will get started. Specialties: I use a blend of CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy to help men understand their experiences, learn to increase emotional expression, and improve emotional regulation. I will give you a space to process, provide reflective questions. and exercises to support growth outside of session. Credentials & Experience: My entire career has focused on supporting men, teen boys, and families. I am licensed to to provide therapy in Texas and Colorado.
