About
Are you seeking a safe and nurturing space to explore your inner world and cultivate healthier relationships? I'm Dr. Martha and I specialize in relational therapy, especially to support LGBTQ+ folks and neurodiversity. I'm a licensed psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree, dedicated to guiding individuals and their loved ones through their journey of self-discovery and relational growth. I also have specific training in working with eating disorders, personality, and divorce/separation. Currently, I am accepting new clients for psychological assessment ONLY. With extensive training and experience in relational psychotherapy, I especially shine in working with people who are curious, motivated, and who desire deeper connection and belonging. I believe that every person's story is unique and deserves to be heard with empathy. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am a passionate advocate. My approach is collaborative, direct, and non-judgmental. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, uncovering patterns that may be impacting your relationships and overall well-being. Through our therapeutic work, you will gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Specialties: Partnering with me means working towards building a resilient and collaborative relationship, with a foundation of mutual respect. I truly love the clients I work with and am honored to listen to their stories, hold space for their emotional experiences, and empower them to make decisions that guide them towards the best version of their life. Credentials & Experience: I have more than 10 years of experience in the mental healthcare field. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Colorado.
"I take an integrative, relational approach that pairs a therapeutic relationship based on aspects of psychodynamic, feminist theory with the use of helpful interventions borrowed from IFS, ACT, and DBT as needed. We make sure to discuss interventions and to make space for your feedback regarding how our work together is feeling."
