About
If you’re here, you might be hoping to understand yourself a little better. You may be asking yourself questions such as why certain thoughts pop up, why some feelings feel so heavy, or why certain patterns keep repeating. Those are exactly the kinds of questions I love exploring with clients. Therapy with me is a space where we dig into your experiences with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based tools to help make sense of what you’re going through. My work centers on supporting people facing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship or life-transition challenges. I also have a special passion for working with young adults and individuals who want therapy that honors their social-justice values and lived experiences. Thinking about starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I'm glad you are here! If you’d like to talk more about how I can support you, I’d be honored to join you on this journey toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels more like your own. Specialties: My passion and experience is working with adults who are facing mood disruptions, relationship challenges, or other life-transition stress. If we are not a good fit working together, I'd also be happy to refer you to trusted colleagues who have different specialities than myself! Credentials & Experience: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and have additional expertise as a domestic violence treatment provider and mental health crisis evaluator. I truly value curiosity and learning in this field, and other lived experiences help inform my work as much as any credential does.
"Because there is no "one size fits all" therapy, I use a mix of approaches depending on each individual's concerns or goals. During your first session we can talk about what frameworks might be most helpful for you. This is YOUR therapy, so you get to have an active role in how we make progress toward your goals."

Insurance & Policies
Sometimes the biggest barrier to starting therapy is the financial cost, which is completely fair. I would be happy to answer any questions about finances and insurance, and can help connect you to free/low-cost resources if you're needing to take your mental health journey in a different direction.
