About
Now accepting child and adolescent clients for summer and school-year weekend slots. Specializing in creative arts, play-based regulation, and attachment support through family transitions. Specializing in Children ages 8+, Adolescents, and Adult clients struggling with Infertility and Paths to Parenthood (IVF, IUI, foster, adoption) is truly my jam! Support isn't about fixing or solving. It's about connection! In my work, creativity, curiosity, humor, attunement, empathy, and authenticity merge to cultivate healthy attachments, self-esteem and empowerment, and unique means of expression that goes beyond merely talking. I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy blending talk with creative tools like music, movement, playwriting, and play. Shaped by clinical training, a background in music and theater, and lived infertility and caregiving experience, sessions are attuned, collaborative, and tailored to support regulation, emotional processing, and connection. Support isn't about fixing or solving. It's about connection. You've got this! Kids and teens have got this! I am simply here to help you see it! If this seems like a good fit, reach out today! Specialties: As a clinician and former foster parent with a previous 15 year career as a performance and teaching artist, I specializing in Adolescents and Paths to Parenthood. I love integrating elements of play and expressive arts into the work to offer folks an alternative or supplemental means to express themselves if talking isn't always their jam. Credentials & Experience: I hold multiple master's degrees, including MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from CU Denver and an MFA in Acting from Brandeis University, with specialized training in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming approaches, play modalities, and expressive arts interventions.
