About
My name is Hollis. My background in trauma psychology, neuropsychology, and biomedical science informs a holistic approach to healing. I specialize in working with clients who are survivors of brain injury, live with chronic illness, have experienced trauma, and/or are late-diagnosed neurodiverse. My clients seek more than symptom relief; they want to reclaim authorship of their own life. They want to move with purpose, ease, and grace. Therapy with me is both deeply human and grounded in science. I specialize in neurotrauma (concussions, brain injuries), neurodegeneration (dementia, chronic illness), identity development, and psychological trauma; including abuse, neglect, PTSD, CPTSD, military service, and involvement in the criminal legal system. I also run Dungeons & Dragons Therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. If anything I’ve said resonates with you, please reach out. I’m happy to help you find the right therapist—even if it’s not me. You deserve someone who really gets you! "I use assimilative therapy, meaning I learn your patterns and choose techniques that fit you from the inside out. You'll teach me who you are, and I'll support you in building the person you want to become. I align with a humanistic and existential philosophy, grounded in Tibetan and Yogic meditative traditions on a macro and personal level."
