About

Relationships are necessary and influential parts of every person’s life. Healthy interpersonal relationships can be deeply fulfilling and life-enhancing, yet every relationship inevitably encounters challenges. My understanding of the importance of relationships fuels my passion for working with couples and individuals experiencing relational struggles. Drawing from my training in both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I equip clients with practical skills to address present challenges while also exploring and confronting the patterns, experiences, beliefs, and vulnerable emotions that keep them stuck. Often, clients already possess the abilities needed to resolve their struggles. Sometimes, it simply takes a therapeutic nudge to uncover new ways of understanding and relating to oneself and others. Specialties: I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing relational struggles. We will collaboratively explore and address what is keeping you "stuck" in order to enhance your life, relationships, and well-being. While we work toward your therapeutic goals, my hope is for you to find connection, acceptance, and understanding, both within yourself and with others. Credentials & Experience: I have advanced training in both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
