About
I work with couples, young adults, adults, and older adults, who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, grief, relationship distress, inter generational-trauma, and major life transitions. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite years of insight or traditional therapy. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but continue to find themselves caught in cycles of anxiety, disconnection, or relationship conflict. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system and somatic awareness. I integrate parts work (Internal Family Systems) with relational therapy to help clients understand not only why patterns exist, but how they live in the body and nervous system. In our sessions, we slow things down and explore what is happening beneath the surface. Together we create new pathways for emotional regulation, communication, and secure connection—both internally and in relationships. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Specialties: My specialty is working with couples using the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), an experiential approach that helps partners understand the patterns driving conflict and disconnection. With individuals, I integrate somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address attachment trauma, anxiety, and depression. Credentials & Experience: I have 6 plus years of experience helping adults and 3 plus years helping couples. I am certified in PACT level 1 for couples.
"For individuals I use an integrative approach that is relational, collaborative, and informed by Internal Family Systems as well as a developmental approach. With couples I take a psychobiological approach to couples therapy. I am Level One PACT trained."
