About
Change, growth, and healing is possible- it's just hard to figure out how to do that on your own. I am all ears listening to your story so that we can, together, quiet the noise and find the you that is calm, confident and capable. Tackling the things you want to change can feel overwhelming to take on by yourself in the midst of your busy life. I am here to be your partner and your guide while we explore the worries, fears, sadness, and difficulties you are experiencing. In learning what is going on in your inner world, we can begin to understand how that is affecting you, your relationships, and your life. Then we can talk change! Our relationship is the foundation of this process and I will show up with empathy and compassion, as well as honesty and genuineness. We'll talk coping tools and strategies for you to use right away. Then, we might dive deeper into healing with mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR to provide lasting relief from symptoms and trauma responses. You deserve to feel calm and connected in your life. To feel confident that you can be who you truly are and capable of doing what you desire. I love being the person that can take that leap with you, diving into all the things together. Please contact me so we can connect or check out my website for more about me! Specialties: I am passionate about helping you build stronger, more fulfilling connections with your loved ones. To do this, sometimes we need to work on our own stuff to show up as our best selves. Using EMDR, I can help you take a look at challenging issues that you may feel stuck in and reprocess these events, so you can be the person you want to be for your partner. Credentials & Experience: EMDR training through EMDRIA approved course.
