About

If you're pouring so much of yourself into caring for others — at work, at home, in your community — that your own needs keep getting pushed aside, you're not alone. Maybe you're worn thin from navigating systems that were never built with you in mind. That exhaustion is real, and you don't have to carry it without support. I offer compassionate counseling for adults, teens thirteen and older, and relationships. People of all identities are warmly welcome here, and I frequently work with women, LGBTQIA+, trans, and neurodivergent individuals. Whatever brings you through the door — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, or those big existential questions — we can face it together. Your whole self belongs in this space. My aim is to create a genuinely non-judgmental environment where you can uncover new strengths, develop practical coping skills, heal, and build lasting resilience. The foundation of my work is strengths-based, trauma-informed, feminist, and inclusive — and proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. Depending on what you need, we can draw from a range of approaches, from somatic work to Jungian dream exploration to cognitive behavioral techniques. These are challenging times, and if you're feeling overwhelmed, angry, or frozen, that response makes sense. Connection is a powerful antidote. Mental wellness often starts with reconnecting to your authentic self, which then opens the door to deeper relationships and meaningful community. We can't fully show up for others without first showing up for ourselves — and therapy is one of the most meaningful ways to begin. Specialties: In my sessions, I focus on creating a collaborative and respectful atmosphere where I don't rush to diagnose or fix anyone. I take the time to truly understand your unique struggles and strengths. As we build trust together, I specialize in helping you identify your goals for therapy and creating a plan to work toward them. My approach is warm, relational, and non-judgmental throughout the entire process. Credentials & Experience: I provide psychodynamic therapy for adults, teens, and couples. My areas of experience focus on women, the LGBTQIA community, neurodivergence, disability, and chronic health issues. I am certified in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to effectively address sleep disorders, and I am currently pursuing certification in traumatic stress studies to further support my clients.
