You might look fine on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, critical of yourself, or lost in your body. If you’re postpartum, everything feels louder: your thoughts, your worries, your exhaustion. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and rebuild yourself from the inside out. I specialize in working with women navigating postpartum challenges, anxiety/depression, raising your self esteem, and helping you make peace with your body. There is nothing inherently wrong with you, everyone needs help sometimes. You are more than you realize. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Specialties: Together we will dive deep into your emotions, beliefs, and the pesky societal pressures that have been messing with your head. We'll rewrite your narrative, befriend your anxiety, and help you develop a healthier relationship with food/your body. We'll work together to process, accept, and embrace this next stage in your life while unearthing some serious self-esteem.
