About
Midlife can feel like your mind and body suddenly stopped sharing notes. Sleep shifts, moods change, focus disappears, and emotions can feel unfamiliar or heavier than expected. Many women find themselves wondering what is hormonal, what is emotional, and how to feel like themselves again. I specialize in supporting women navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, trauma, and major life transitions. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help clients untangle hormonal and emotional changes, strengthen boundaries, advocate for their needs, and reconnect with a steadier, more grounded sense of self. I focus my work on supporting women in midlife, including perimenopause and menopause, and continue advanced training in this area. I offer trauma informed therapy to help you untangle hormonal and emotional shifts, find steadiness during change, strengthen boundaries, and feel more confident advocating for yourself with your medical team. If this season feels disorienting or heavier than you expected, you are not alone. Many women long to feel clear, steady, and fully themselves again. Midlife can be a turning point, not an ending. With support, it can become a powerful return to your voice, your strength, and a deeper sense of coming home to yourself. Specialties: I support adults navigating trauma, sexual health concerns, and midlife transitions, including menopause-related changes. Together we'll explore patterns, clarify goals, and create a personalized, trauma-informed plan that strengthens voice, embodiment, and self-trust. Many clients experience increased clarity, relief, and confidence within the first several weeks, with continued growth over time. Credentials & Experience: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an ACE Overcomer Facilitator. My work is grounded in trauma informed care, and I am currently pursuing advanced certification in menopause informed practice to better support women navigating midlife transitions and hormonal change.
