Sheri Sutton

Sheri believes that everyone deserves a safe, welcoming space where their story is truly heard — the struggles, the victories, and everything in between. Her approach to counseling honors each person's individual experiences and meets clients exactly where they are on their mental wellness journey. What makes Sheri's therapeutic style distinctive is her creative, integrative approach. She weaves together EMDR therapy with play-based techniques, art expression, sand tray work, role play, and other evidence-informed methods to help clients process emotions in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them. She currently has six openings available for new clients ready to begin their work together.
