I would love to help you navigate the newness of your journey. I am an AutPlay therapist and a Play Therapist, and offer many play therapy techniques in my work with children, teens, and parents. I offer a neurodivergent affirming space for my clients. I have training in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, relationship difficulties, and women’s issues.
