About
Hi, I’m Lexi, a queer therapist based in Northwest Arkansas offering therapy statewide via telehealth. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, identity development, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ or gender-diverse and are working through the impact of family or religious trauma, relationship wounds, and experiences that have shaped their sense of self. I bring a relational approach to therapy that values curiosity, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when we can better understand our experiences rather than stay stuck in them. I use EMDR and trauma-informed approaches to help clients heal from PTSD, complex trauma, and relational wounds. Together, we work through experiences that continue to feel present, helping them take up less space in your day-to-day life so you can feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build. You do not need a clear story or the right words to begin. If something in your life feels heavy, complicated, or difficult to navigate, we can start there. Therapy is a space to make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Specialties: I work with trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA or transgender and gender-diverse individuals navigating the impact of family or religious trauma, identity, and environments that have not felt accepting. We focus on processing experiences in a manageable way and noticing meaningful shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. Credentials & Experience: I'm an LCSW and EMDR-trained therapist with 8 years of experience supporting teens and adults through trauma, PTSD, grief, and life transitions. As a queer clinician, I integrate clinical training and lived experience to meet clients where they are and support steady, sustainable healing.
"I combine EMDR with trauma-informed and experiential approaches to support healing from trauma, PTSD, and relational wounds. You set the pace, and we move in rhythm with your nervous system and capacity. The work focuses on helping you feel more present, grounded, and connected to yourself and your relationships."
