About
Whether you're feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, navigating intense emotions, or working through painful past experiences, I am here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of worth. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, with a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where healing can take root. I work with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and emotional distress-helping them better understand their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and build meaningful change at their own pace. I have completed training in perinatal mental health and am passionate about helping women navigate medical and emotional challenges throughout their reproductive journey. I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). I recognize that seeking help can be overwhelming, but together we can navigate these challenges. You don't have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth. Specialties: I enjoying working with a variety of clients. Some may have experienced significant trauma, and others may have never had trauma but want to work on bettering themselves or their relationships. During our initial session, we will create a collaborative plan for addressing the issues YOU want to work on. Credentials & Experience: I am an Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor, and have had several years of experience working in community mental health settings as well as inpatient hospitals. I hold trauma based certifications for treatment of children and adults.
