About
Life can feel messy—sometimes marked by stagnation, chaos, or confusion. I challenge individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves, rediscover their passions, and grow beyond the protective mask life often encourages us to wear out of fear or pain. I believe it's in embracing authenticity that we find freedom and joy—the kind that moves us from isolation or bondage into fullness and purpose. I have a special interest in working with Responders and those navigating high-stress roles. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), ICISF-trained in Critical Incident and Stress Management, EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My work focuses on nutrition, relationship issues, high conflict work environments, and building confidence. Our counseling work together won’t be easy—but if you’re willing to work, may you find healing, relief, and the freedom to move beyond what’s kept you stagnant for so long. Specialties: My focus includes First Responders and critical incidents. Credentials & Experience: I am an Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified First Responder Counselor, Advanced Alcohol and Addictions Counselor and a Licensed Supervisor for LAC's coming into the field of Mental Health Counseling.
"I often use evidence-based therapies including ART, EMDR, CBT, IFS, ACT, and SFBT- with a trauma-focused, attachment-based, and strength-based approach rooted in mindfulness and person-centered care."
