About
Accepting new clients. Life can knock you down and leave you feeling overwhelmed, unsure which way is up. I view therapy as a collaboration between you and me, working together to achieve the goals you would like to accomplish, rediscover your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping and interacting with others. I work to help you understand how patterns of behavior you learned in order to survive may no longer be serving you in a helpful way. My ideal client wants to work on: anxiety, stress, boundaries, depression, people-pleasing, family of origin or relationship issues. I also specialize in working with other therapists. With over 18 years experience, I balance acceptance and heavy empathy with a straight-forward, no-nonsense approach. Yes, I'm a psychologist, but I'm not -that- kind of psychologist. Genuine, laid-back, not stuffy. In order for us to heal our attachment wounds and learn to trust ourselves again, we need a shame-free zone to rebuild. I help clients identify & heal early relational wounds, overcome attachment issues, understand themselves, and build healthier relationship patterns. If you're interested in finding your voice, learning and standing up for your needs and wants, and finding and living your authentic self, you're in the right place. Email today.
