About

Have you been carrying emotional burdens and restlessness — anxiety that won't quiet, a relationship losing its closeness, or a postpartum experience that doesn't look the way you expected. Many have tried to think their way through it and found that wasn't enough. I work with individuals and couples navigating depression, trauma, relationship strain, and the full arc of maternal experience — from pregnancy and infertility through NICU trauma and postpartum. Many of my clients are women who are holding a lot and have finally decided to get real support. I also work with many investigating the deeper meaning of life and spirituality. I specialize in postpartum and maternal concerns, anxiety, trauma, and couples work. My approach blends depth psychology, parts work, CBT, and mindfulness. I've delved into mindfulness as doctoral focus and through extensive retreats and trainings. I have personal experience with postpartum and extended NICU stays. If you've been waiting until things get bad enough, or wondering if what you're feeling even counts — it does. You don't have to have a crisis to deserve support. I work at a pace that fits you. Reaching out is the hardest step. I currently have availability and would be glad to hear from you. Specialties: Postpartum and maternal struggles, relationship disconnection, and depression can leave you feeling stuck, lost, or unlike yourself. We'll start by understanding what's underneath — not just the symptoms — and build a personalized plan together. Whatever burdens you are navigating, that's gone on too long, most clients begin feeling more grounded and hopeful within the first few sessions. Credentials & Experience: PhD and 16 years of licensed experience, including being Senior Clinician at the University of Arkansas and many in private practice. My doctoral research focused on mindfulness- it's foundational to how I work. I bring empathy and warmth in listening, understanding and my therapeutic approach.

"My approach is integrative — I draw on mindfulness-based therapy, IFS/parts work, CBT, and depth psychology. In early sessions we'll explore what's underneath your concerns and choose the approach that fits. You won't be pushed into a single method. Instead, therapy will feel like a collaborative process of genuine insight and practical change that actually reaches the root."
