About
When infidelity, growing distance, or communication breakdowns strain your relationship, it can leave both of you feeling alone and unsure how to move forward. Trust feels shaken. Intimacy feels out of reach. I want you to know that healing is genuinely possible. I offer a safe, affirming space where both of your stories matter. Together, we untangle painful cycles, rebuild trust after betrayal, strengthen communication, and restore emotional and physical closeness. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Arizona and Idaho. My training includes level 3 practicum in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I offer intensives for couples who want deeper, more focused work. In counseling, I draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide couples toward lasting change. I also support couples navigating consensual nonmonogamy with honesty and care. Pursuing therapy takes courage, especially when your relationship feels fragile. You don't have to navigate this alone. If you're ready to begin honest conversations and work toward a more fulfilling, connected partnership, I'd be honored to support you. My goal is to help couples move toward greater security, deeper connection, and real resilience in their mental wellness and shared life together. Specialties: I specialize in working with couples who struggle with communication and infidelity. I am experienced with helping partners rebuild trust and connection through collaborative approaches that foster love and mutual understanding. Together, we focus on practical communication methods that most of my couples can learn and apply. My goal is to help you and your partner create a shared meaning that makes your relationship grow and strengthen over time. Credentials & Experience: I have completed Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and incorporate the Gottman Method into my clinical work with couples. I am currently enrolled in the Gottman Certification Track, further advancing my specialized training in this evidence-based approach.
"I use solution-focused therapy, an evidence-based therapeutic approach that centers on your strengths and helps you build practical solutions rather than staying stuck on problems. In our first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide together on the best way to support your goals. With couples, I use the Gottman Method (Level 3 trained), which provides practical, research-based tools to improve communication, deepen friendship, and manage conflict constructively. I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy (core trained), an evidence-based approach that helps couples identify and shift negative interaction patterns so they can build stronger, more secure emotional bonds."
