About
I work with people who feel "stuck" in patterns they can’t simply think their way out of. You may be navigating relational wounds, identity shifts, or responses that feel bigger than the present moment. Life may look mostly together, but underneath something still feels braced, tangled, or unfinished. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system learns to survive. Rather than focusing only on coping skills or symptom relief, we slow down and explore the roots of what feels stuck. Together, we create space to uncover and embody the parts of you that have been hidden or lost. I’m a relational, integrative, trauma-informed therapist. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and authentic. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity shifts, career challenges, relationships, & parenthood using IFS, somatic, imagery, experiential, mindfulness, and CBT/DBT—LGBTQ affirming and parts-informed. Whether you’re looking for clarity, deeper connection, or simply a steady place to land, I’d be honored to meet you there. I’m here to support you with warmth, presence, and practical tools. I invite you to schedule a free 15-min consultation or jump into a full session. Specialties: I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, and therapy with me is always collaborative. I'm genuinely curious about what you're experiencing and what's beneath it, and I deeply care about your growth. I offer an LGBTQ affirming space for individuals learning to trust, know and reconnect with the parts of themselves they were once taught to silence. Credentials & Experience: I am independently licensed in Arizona, Utah and Washington.
