There's a Buddhist teaching about two arrows that has always stayed with me. The first arrow is the pain life inevitably brings — physical or emotional. The second arrow is how we react to it, the stories we tell ourselves, the blame we pile on, the thoughts that make everything heavier. I believe counseling offers a way to set that second arrow down, and in doing so, transform what feels unbearable into something that deepens our resilience and capacity for growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor, my passion sits squarely in helping people find the courage to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach brings together compassion and directness in equal measure. I want therapy to feel collaborative and validating, grounded in your strengths, and held in a space where you can take off the mask and simply be who you are without judgment. Beyond my work as an Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor, I'm also an Eating Disorder Consultant and an EMDRIA certified Therapist. Over the past decade in mental health, I've had the privilege of walking alongside many people on their paths to wellness, and I'm proud to offer a range of telehealth services — counseling, coaching, consultation, and supervision — to meet you wherever you are right now.
