I find that I work best with adults that appreciate humor, support, and a laid back approach to therapy. I enjoy working with adults by way of a tailored process to ensure that each of my clients is getting the most effective service. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD. Getting started in therapy can be a scary step. I take pride in creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate practice. I can help you to work through situations in your past and help you to gain understanding and the tools to be your most authentic self. It can be hard to know if someone is the right therapist for you. Therapeutic relationship is important to building trust and to get what you want and need out of therapy.
