About

Therapy is a collaboration. You and me, working together to address mental health concerns or navigate whatever life has thrown your way. I hold a deep belief that you are the expert on yourself — your strengths, your struggles, and everything in between. My role is to build a relationship where insight grows, life skills develop, and your existing support systems become clearer. The goal is always reducing the weight of negative symptoms and improving your quality of life. I work exclusively through telehealth, and I'm joined by Mason, my therapy dog. My private practice is open to individuals and couples, and I have particular expertise in treating depression, sexual concerns, and relationship challenges. I also support clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including the ripple effects of sexual addiction on families. My approach is holistic. I believe true healing happens when a person feels whole — mentally and spiritually. Counseling, at its best, addresses the full picture of who you are. Helping people is my passion. If I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll do everything I can to connect you with someone who is. Specialties: I specialize in working with trauma, sexual addiction, men's issues, and couples. These four areas are deeply interconnected, as sexual addiction is typically both caused by and a source of trauma for the individual and their family. As a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist through IITAP, I bring extensive training and experience to this work, along with additional education in Gottman Method couples therapy and trauma therapy. My approach is strength-based, whether I am working with couples or individuals, focusing on the resilience and capacity each person brings to the healing process. Credentials & Experience: I bring over 20 years of experience specializing in sexual addiction, couples therapy, and trauma, with extensive training in each of these areas. I am licensed in both Arizona and Oregon and provide telehealth services primarily serving clients across both states. As a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist through IITAP, I offer specialized expertise to help individuals and couples navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful healing.

"Alongside the therapeutic approaches I use with individuals and couples, I also collaborate closely with a specialized treatment team. This team-based approach allows us to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for families affected by trauma and/or sexual addiction. By working together, we can address complex challenges from multiple angles, ensuring that every family member receives the evidence-based support they need to heal and move forward."
