About
I provide anger management therapy in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and remotely throughout Arizona for men struggling with frustration, emotional control, and reactions that are impacting their relationships or work. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Life Coach with over 25 years of experience. I help men address anxiety, depression, and life transitions such as divorce or career changes. My approach is structured and results-focused, helping you understand triggers, improve how you respond under pressure, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practical, results-focused strategies to help men improve emotional control, manage stress and anger, and strengthen relationships. Sessions are direct and goal-oriented, focused on clarity, better decision-making, and lasting change. If something isn’t working the way it should, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Many men wait longer than they need to before getting support. Reaching out can be a simple first step toward gaining clarity, control, and getting back on track. Specialties: I specialize in working with men facing life transitions, relationship challenges (including divorce, communication issues, and infidelity), anger/stress management, anxiety, depression, codependency, and motivation struggles. I begin with a comprehensive assessment and develop a structured, goal-oriented plan focused on accountability, clarity, and measurable progress. Credentials & Experience: I have over 25 years experience providing Professional Counseling and Life Coaching services for Men. Rated Top 3 Life Coaches in 2025 and awarded as the Best of Scottsdale (Counselor & Life Coach) in 2024, 2023, and 2022.
"I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back your negative self-talk to change your feelings for the better."
