About
If you’re feeling overwhelmed—whether in your relationship with food and your body, with your fertility, pregnancy, or post-partum journey, or simply in life itself—I want you to know that I see you and change is possible. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My approach is deeply compassionate and client-centered, meaning we go at your pace, with your goals leading the way. I specialize in working with individuals navigating disordered eating and body image concerns, as well as clients navigating their fertility journey at any stage - a passion deeply rooted in personal experience and supported by extensive training. Therapy with me is a space where all of you is welcome—where nothing is “too much” and where you don’t have to hold everything by yourself. My style is warm, authentic, and relational. I won’t diagnose from a distance—I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll walk this path together. I’ll support, guide, and step in when needed. Ultimately, you are the expert on your own life. My job is to help you reclaim it. I’m trained in EMDR and integrate parts work, intuitive eating, and a trauma-informed lens into our work. I bring a deep personal understanding of the challenges my clients face. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling like you can finally breathe again—free to live life. Specialties: My passion lies in working with clients struggling with disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, fertility challenges, and trauma. We will work together to explore the deeper issues contributing to these struggles, while also implementing skills and techniques to provide relief along the way.
