About
If you’ve spent most of your life being the strong one, the responsible one, or the person holding everything together for your family, you’re not alone. Many of the adults I work with are navigating deep family stress, unhealthy dynamics, burnout, and the emotional weight of trying to break generational patterns while still showing up for everyone else. You may find yourself constantly overthinking conversations, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, feeling emotionally responsible for other people’s reactions, or carrying pressure that no one else seems to notice. In our work together, we may focus on reducing anxiety, overthinking, and mental overload, while also helping you manage stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. We will work to process trauma and past experiences that continue to impact you, and navigate family conflict or relationship stress with greater clarity and intention. Together, we build awareness while also developing practical tools to help you respond differently so you’re not constantly operating from stress, pressure, or survival mode. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on both insight and meaningful change. I incorporate EMDR therapy to support the processing. Reach out to get started today! Specialties: I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, family conflict, grief, and significant life transitions that impact emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. Many of the individuals I work with are struggling with people-pleasing, boundary-setting, generational family patterns, and the pressure of constantly holding everything together for others. Credentials & Experience: With over a decade of experience in mental health, I'm ready to help you navigate challenges and build lasting change.
