About
I’m a clinical social worker deeply committed to serving BIPOC and Alaska Native communities through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. I currently serve as a clinician in Southeast Alaska. Our work together is about finding your way back to yourself. In each session, we’ll make space for softness, for honesty, for breathing room. We’ll explore the stories you carry, the systems that shaped them, and the tools that help you rewrite them. Expect a steady mix of grounded skill-building and soulful reflection, with a focus on healing, not fixing. I help people navigate trauma, addiction, and tough life stuff in the remote corners of Alaska, all while trying not to overcook my chicken. I believe in therapy that listens, systems that work, and snacks that heal (preferably milk chocolate). My communication style is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I check in often to ensure we are moving at a pace that feels right for you, balancing warmth and empathy with clear guidance when it’s helpful.
