If I’m the right therapist for you, you might be queer, neurodivergent, questioning something about your gender or sexuality, or not fully at home in society’s expectations of you. You might be dealing with anxiety, doubts about yourself or your relationships, or mental health symptoms you need help to manage. If we decide to work together, you won't have to worry about me pushing you to be some version of “normal.” Instead, expect compassion, acceptance, and working together to understand yourself more deeply. As your therapist, you can trust me to listen to you, and to honor your values, your needs, and your relationships. I work with adult individuals, couples, and nontraditional relationships. Many of my clients are queer, trans, poly, kinky or exploring their gender or sexuality. If you need help with a sexual concern, you are in the right place. I have training and experience as a sex therapist, and we can talk openly about intimacy, desire, and sexual concerns. My style is warm, direct ,and friendly. In sessions, we discuss both your current concerns and your history and background. By understanding your patterns, relationships, and internal experiences, therapy can create meaningful change in how you feel, act, and relate to others. I offer telehealth sessions and am licensed in both Oregon and Alaska. Specialties: I often work with clients around sexuality, intimacy, gender identity, and specific sexual concerns. In our early sessions, we focus on understanding your experience without judgment. As we move forward, the goal of therapy isn't to "fix" you, but to help you feel more clear, grounded, and confident making choices that are aligned with your own values and needs.
