About

Does your parent heart ache because you cannot understand your child's behavior? Are you a partner who grieves the relationship you used to have? Do you sometimes feel as if you are the only one who is struggling? Our relationships can make or break us. When they fall into turmoil, we feel it ripple through every corner of our lives. Allow me the opportunity to work toward healing with you. Together, we can make it happen. I love working with couples who are striving to overcome the issues that have pushed them apart. Over the years, I've sat with many couples facing a wide variety of challenges — infidelity, abuse, sexual difficulties, relationship dissolution, PTSD, mental health issues, and substance abuse. Each story is different, and I hold space for all of them without judgment. My work with couples and families has only deepened my belief in how central our relationships are to our ability to truly function and thrive. When those bonds are strained, counseling can offer a path back to connection — and sometimes, forward to something even stronger than before. I've had the privilege of working with single-parent, two-parent, divorced, military, and stepfamilies, each carrying their own unique dynamics and pressures. My focus is always on helping parents and children move toward healing and restoration, honoring what makes each family's journey distinct while building on the strength already present within them.
