I have a passion for working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate the challenges of growing up, adapting to life changes, and managing everyday stressors. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages can express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy ways to cope with emotions and life transitions. Using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches, I work with individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, behavior concerns, emotional regulation, school or work stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and family transitions. My goal is to support each client in gaining the tools they need to thrive—both now and in the future.
