About
Navigating life's hardest moments can feel overwhelming, and it's okay to need support along the way. Whether you're searching for someone who will truly listen, trying to understand yourself more deeply, or simply looking for a space where you can breathe and process what you're carrying — I'd love to help you get there. My whole approach centers on you and what you need, because I genuinely believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you discover the tools that make managing your challenges feel a little more possible. The counseling space I hold for clients is one where safety and authenticity come first. Therapy can feel intimidating — I know that firsthand, because I've been the one on the couch myself. That lived experience shapes the way I show up for the people I work with. You won't find judgment here, only a real commitment to helping you feel understood and supported as you do the work of becoming more fully yourself. My practice covers a wide range of mental health and interpersonal concerns. I have a particular focus on grief, depression, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ experiences, trauma, and personality disorders. Whatever you're working through, my goal is to help you understand yourself better and find practical, meaningful ways to make daily life feel more manageable. There is something genuinely rewarding to me about watching someone step into who they truly are. If you've had a hard time finding a therapist who really gets you, or if opening up feels scary, I want you to know that's a completely normal place to start. Mental wellness isn't a straight path, and no one expects you to have it all figured out before reaching out. Reach out, and let's see if we are a good fit — I look forward to hearing from you. Specialties: I specialize in working with a variety of diagnoses and bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to each person I see. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and will work together to create a plan for addressing these issues. I am experienced with supporting individuals with Autism, and I will help you with identifying and understanding the way in which your neurodivergence impacts your daily life and ways to manage distress associated with this. Credentials & Experience: With over 9 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, I am trained in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder. I am committed to understanding your unique needs and finding the most effective path forward for you.
"My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I see you — my client — with genuine respect, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard. In practice, this means you will never feel judged in our work together. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Depending on your unique needs, personality, and the mental health challenges you are facing, I will draw from additional evidence-based therapeutic approaches to best support your healing and growth."

Insurance & Policies
I am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, UHC, Optum, and Quest, which means if you carry one of these plans, your insurance may help cover the cost of your sessions. If you don't have insurance, or if your plan doesn't cover therapy, I also welcome cash pay clients. You're still able to get the support you need — having insurance is not a requirement to work together.
