Something feels off, but you can't quite name it. Maybe you keep falling into the same cycles no matter how hard you try to break free, or someone close to you — your spouse, perhaps — has gently nudged you toward getting support, and now you're not sure where to turn. Whatever path led you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can explore what's been keeping you stuck, make sense of the pain you've been carrying, and help you reconnect with the clarity, confidence, and purpose that feel so out of reach right now. Together, we can work toward the fulfilling, authentic life you deserve. My work centers on helping individuals move through some of life's most difficult terrain — self-destructive behaviors, relationship struggles, and the lasting effects of trauma. I bring a depth of specialized training to this work: I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 trained therapist, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate, a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP), and an Associate Licensed Counselor. Each of these credentials shapes the thoughtful, grounded approach I bring to every counseling relationship. I know that reaching out for the first time can feel like a mountain to climb. That's exactly why I want to make it as simple as possible. Give me a call to schedule a no-cost, 15-minute phone conversation — a low-stakes opportunity to connect, share what's on your mind, and get a feel for whether my approach to mental wellness feels like the right fit for you. You deserve to feel genuinely heard and understood, and I'm here for that. Specialties: Specializing in self-destructive behaviors, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma, I work with you to go beyond surface-level symptoms and uncover the root causes of what you are experiencing. My approach is focused on developing a personalized plan for healing and growth that is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Throughout our sessions, I am experienced with guiding clients toward greater clarity and self-understanding, helping you build genuine confidence along the way. I also focus on creating the conditions for lasting, meaningful change — change that improves not just how you feel day to day, but the quality of your relationships and your life as a whole.
"My therapeutic approach brings together three powerful, evidence-based modalities tailored to meet your unique needs. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate framework that helps you explore the different "parts" of yourself — those inner voices or patterns that may be driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Rather than seeing any part of you as broken or bad, IFS helps you understand and heal these parts from a place of curiosity and self-compassion. I also draw on evidence-based approaches specifically developed for sex addiction, which provide structured, research-informed tools to help you understand compulsive patterns, address underlying triggers, and build healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others. Alongside this, trauma-focused therapy forms a core part of my therapeutic approach, offering a safe and gentle way to process painful past experiences that may still be affecting your daily life, relationships, and sense of self. In our sessions, we'll work collaboratively to explore your experiences, identify patterns, and create a personalized plan for growth. You can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space designed to foster genuine healing and lasting change."
