Every person's path to counseling looks a little different. Some folks walk through my door because they are required to, while others come on their own, searching for ways to manage life's challenges. Whatever brings you here, my role is to walk alongside you with genuine support, practical guidance, and tools you can carry with you long after our time together ends. I offer individual, family, and couple's counseling for clients ages six and up. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, and the everyday stressors that can quietly unravel our sense of balance. Together, we will work through whatever weighs on you so you can find greater peace and build coping skills that truly last. On a personal note, I am a wife, a mom, and now a grandmother. Those roles have taught me firsthand how demanding and complicated life can get. I understand stress not just professionally but personally, and that insight shapes how I show up for every person who trusts me with their story. What I want you to hold onto is this: you are never alone. Reaching out takes courage, and once you take that step, I will be right here to help you move forward on your journey toward mental wellness. Specialties: I specialize in nurturing growth, fostering resilience, and facilitating self-discovery. My approach is holistic, and I focus on meeting my clients where they are in their journey. I am experienced with guiding individuals on their path toward self-fulfillment and lasting mental well-being.
"I tailor my therapeutic approach to each person's unique needs and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques to meet clients where they are.
