About
Welcome to my page. I am so glad you are here. I am a board-certified clinical psychologist and US Army veteran with experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationships concerns. I specialize in working with those who have experienced psychological trauma, to include military trauma, sexual trauma, relational trauma, childhood trauma, and traumatic loss. Life can be hard, and coping with life’s adversities can feel very isolating. You do not have to face your struggles alone. Together, we can process your experiences to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your story, and your relationships. My clients come to me seeking a therapist who is warm, compassionate, and understanding. I prioritize building a trusting, authentic, and collaborative relationship. We will work together to see how I can be useful to you. I pull from multiple therapeutic approaches as appropriate to facilitate personalized care to meet your goals. I honor the courage and the vulnerability it takes to consider and begin therapy. I look forward to hearing from you. Please call today for your free 15 minute consultation. Currently, I offer online therapy in most US states. I offer in-person psychological assessments in Montgomery, AL. Specialties: I work with clients who are experiencing stressful or traumatic events or circumstances. I have experience working with military service members and aviators. I am a social justice advocate. I am committed to anti-racism and I am an LGBTQ ally. While I may not be the best fit for every potential client, all are welcome. Credentials & Experience: I am a board-certified clinical psychologist, licensed in both Alabama and Washington state. My participation in PSYPACT allows me to work virtually with individuals residing in most US states.
