About
If you’ve lost yourself in a toxic or narcissistic relationship, you are not alone. I specialize in helping survivors of emotional abuse rebuild self-trust, heal trauma bonds, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their voice. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on both psychological and nervous system healing. I specialize in helping high-functioning women and survivors of narcissistic abuse heal the deep psychological and nervous system impact of toxic relationships. Therapy with me is not simply about “coping.” It is about helping you reclaim clarity, confidence, peace, and your voice. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse myself, I not only understand the brain science behind the abuse, but also the nuances of the emotional toll it takes. I offer my clients the combined approach of education and experience, understanding what is needed as you're going through the abuse, but also what you need once you are on your healing journey. It is important that you know your future hasn't happened yet. It is not doomed to look like your past. As a survivor, author, and expert in the field, I can help guide you on your path to understanding, validation, and healing. Specialties: I work with clients who have been affected by narcissistic abuse. Together we will look at how this has affected your mental health, nervous system, internal narrative, and overall health. We will identify what is most important to you, and we will go at a pace that works best for you and your healing. Your future hasn't happened yet. Let's write it how you want. Credentials & Experience: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a PhD in Psychology. I approach therapy looking at the entire person, including your past, your current situation, your physical health and nervous system. I have over 17 years experience helping adults heal after narcissistic abuse and trauma.
