About
My goal is to help you discover your strengths, clarify your values, and move toward greater wholeness. My passion is to help individuals find hope and peace in their life. My calling is to help them achieve their best life, to accomplish their goals, to mend broken hearts, to calm anxiety and worry, to recover from trauma and loss. I incorporate Christian spiritual resources—prayer, scripture reflection, faith-based meaning-making— for those who want it- always honoring your beliefs and boundaries. I strive to help my clients achieve goals through a person-centered approach where each individual's story is heard and treasured. We will sit in a safe space and talk through what matters to you. I will hear you. I will care about what you care about. I will never judge you. I will strive to teach relevant skills. Let me walk alongside you on your journey to healing and wholeness. Depression, anxiety, holistic and mental health during pregnancy, post-partum, and across the lifespan, grief, loss, support during divorce... just a few of the issues we could address in the healing space of my office. I see clients age 6+ Specialties: I consider myself a generalist counselor and see all clients age 6 and older. I do have a special interest in serving women across their lifespan, seniors, and Christian clergy. Credentials & Experience: I am nationally certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors, and an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama, under the supervision of Anjuli Thompson, MS, LPC-S.
