About

Do you ever feel like you're caught in the same exhausting loops — anxiety that won't quiet down, emotions that feel too big to manage, or relationships that keep hitting the same walls? So many people I work with carry the weight of past trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves and the people around them. These struggles have a way of seeping into everything — work, relationships, daily functioning — and leaving you feeling stuck, frustrated, or genuinely unsure of where to even begin. Counseling can offer something rare: a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and start building a path forward that actually fits your life. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship concerns. I have a particular specialty in maladaptive overcontrol, and I have a genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent clients — including those with ADHD, Autism, and OCD. I'm also a proud LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and creating a space where every client feels fully seen and respected is something I take seriously. My approach to mental wellness work is collaborative, skills-based, and completely nonjudgmental. I believe you are the expert on your own life — my role is to walk alongside you, not lead you somewhere predetermined. Together, we work on building practical tools that increase emotional flexibility and help you feel more grounded and capable in your day-to-day experiences. If any of this resonates with what you're going through, I'd encourage you to give me a call. You don't have to keep navigating these patterns alone, and meaningful change is more possible than it might feel right now.
