About
Life can feel impossibly heavy when anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma starts bleeding into your relationships, your routines, and your sense of self. If you've been caught in cycles of worry or sadness, or facing circumstances that feel completely out of your control, you're not alone — and you don't have to keep navigating it that way. Over the past 13 years, I've worked alongside teens and adults across hospitals, the court system, and private practice, and I bring all of that experience into the room with every person I sit with. My goal is simple: to offer a genuinely safe, judgment-free space where you can speak honestly, be fully heard, and start finding your way forward. The counseling work we do together is rooted in understanding — tracing patterns, making sense of the past, and gradually building healthier ways to cope with whatever life is throwing at you. I focus on helping you grow real confidence, establish and hold boundaries that actually work for you, and develop the tools to sit with uncertainty without being undone by it. We'll take time to recognize your strengths, make peace with what's behind you, and find footing in whatever comes next. One thing I care deeply about is pace. Therapy moves as quickly or as slowly as you need it to, because feeling supported and genuinely empowered throughout the process matters just as much as the destination. You'll never be pushed somewhere you're not ready to go. I also want to say this plainly: walking into mental wellness work and choosing to open up about your inner life takes real courage. It's one of the most honest things a person can do. My purpose is to help you reclaim your sense of power, understand yourself on a deeper level, and move steadily toward the life you actually want. The hard things you've been through may have shaped you — but they don't get to decide who you become.
