About
Wherever you are right now — whether you're barely holding it together or simply sensing that something needs to shift — you've come to the right place. We're here to offer genuine support, foster real growth, and help you find healing and clarity in the middle of whatever you're walking through. Even if it feels impossible to believe in this moment, we know that the right therapeutic relationship truly makes a difference. Our deepest hope is to help you move from just surviving to genuinely thriving. Our clinic brings together 11 providers who specialize across a wide range of approaches to counseling, meaning we offer mental wellness support to individuals, couples, families, and groups of people navigating shared struggles. Whatever you're facing, there's a very good chance someone on our team has walked alongside others through something remarkably similar. Because we have 11 compassionate, highly skilled clinicians under one roof, we're able to meet an equally wide variety of needs. Our collective experience spans an enormous range of human challenges — and with so many different perspectives and specialties available, we're confident we can connect you with the therapist who is truly the right fit for your unique story. We don't believe in surface-level care. Our team is committed to developing a deep, thorough understanding of what you're going through — examining the biological, psychological, social, language, and developmental factors shaping your experience, as well as your concerns about the people you love. We do this because we believe a holistic view of the whole person is foundational to meaningful, lasting change. At the heart of everything we do is a sincere belief that every person carries God-given potential worth reaching. We'd be honored to help you get there. Specialties: Our practice is intentionally built with specialists from many corners of the mental health field, bringing together clinicians who each focus on distinct and meaningful areas of care. Our team specializes in trauma and grief, offering compassionate support for those working through loss, past wounds, and the lasting emotional weight that difficult experiences can leave behind. We are equally experienced with relationships and family dynamics, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of connection, communication, and conflict. Our clinicians also focus on neurodivergence, providing thoughtful, affirming care for those whose minds work differently, whether they are newly diagnosed or have been navigating that journey for years. Beyond these areas, our practice is experienced with helping clients manage the stress of everyday life in a healthy manner, building practical skills and resilience for the pressures that so many people face. Our diversity of specialties allows us to match each potential client with the right clinician for their unique needs, ensuring that whoever walks through our door finds someone genuinely equipped to support them. Credentials & Experience: Someone on our team is here for you. We are experienced clinicians offering a broad range of evidence-based treatments for individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a licensed counseling and ABA clinic, we are trained in approaches that support meaningful progress across every age and stage of life, and we are deeply committed to helping you flourish.
"Our group brings together clinicians from many different specialty backgrounds, which means we're able to offer a truly wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. We work with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a structured, skills-focused method that helps clients build positive behaviors and reduce those that get in the way of daily life. We also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most well-researched approaches available, which helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that affect how they feel and act. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is another therapeutic approach we use, guiding clients toward accepting difficult emotions rather than fighting them, while committing to actions that align with their personal values. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) gives clients concrete skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and handling crisis situations more effectively. The Gottman Method is a research-backed approach we offer for couples, focused on building deeper connection, improving communication, and resolving conflict in healthier ways. We also practice psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape present-day feelings and relationships. Mindfulness-based approaches help clients develop a calm, non-judgmental awareness of their thoughts and emotions in the present moment. For those whose spirituality is central to their lives, we offer faith-based therapy, which integrates a client's beliefs and values as a meaningful part of the healing process. Family systems models look at the individual within the context of their family as a whole, addressing patterns and dynamics that influence everyone involved. This diversity of therapeutic approaches means each client is thoughtfully matched with a therapist and treatment style suited to their stage of life, their personality, and what they truly need to grow and heal."

Receiving reimbursement for your therapy sessions is straightforward, and we can provide you with a superbill to make the process as smooth as possible. A superbill is a simple, itemized form you receive after a therapy visit. It is a summary of the services we provided, so you can easily submit it to your insurance company and request reimbursement as an out-of-network benefit.
