I have been a therapist for 22 years. What is important to you is important to me. Each session is tailored to your needs. Sometimes you may want more structure, feedback/guidance. Sometimes you might just need someone to listen, to witness your pain, and know you were heard. That is how I see my role: to be a human being sitting with another human being offering emotional help, support, & insights. You're not going through this alone. I offer a compassionate skill set and down to earth approach to help you make the changes you want to make in your life. You will always be heard and you will never be judged. I have worked in hospitals, mental health centers, private practices and college counseling, including several years as the assistant director of MH services for a large university. I spent many years working in college mental health and feel a special connection helping people with the college transition. Prior to my career in mental health, I worked for 10 years as an EMT. I understand the culture and stressors unique to front line workers & first responders. **Credentials & Experience:** I see clients age 16 and older for individual therapy, either in person in my Natick, MA office or by secure video.
