Your mind races, your body can’t relax, daily life feels overwhelming and even the simplest things feel like too much. You’re often surrounded by people but still feel alone. You’ve tried to change, but nothing sticks. Imagine living a grounded life where you’re no longer stuck in survival mode. Therapy can help you get there. Together, we’ll explore the root of your tension, figure out the patterns keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways to cope. We’ll work on rebuilding your sense of self, reconnecting with your inner strength, and helping you move through your days with more ease and confidence. When you ignore those feelings of dread, anxiety, or the discomfort in your body, they don’t just disappear, they show up in ways that can hold you back. But healing is possible.
