Roshelle Kades
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
·LCSWAbout
I work primarily with adults who are navigating major life changes and seeking personal growth. Whether you’re a college student stepping into independence, a young adult figuring out your next chapter, or someone on the path through fertility, pregnancy, or early parenting, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I focus on building a genuine, supportive connection with you, meeting you where you are, and helping you tap into your natural abilities. Together, we’ll explore your goals, discover what’s already working for you, and create new strategies and tools so you can move through challenges with more clarity and confidence. I strive to approach our work with cultural humility and to be LGBTQIA+ affirming. I currently practice under the supervision of Lisa Carrier, LCSW-C. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment. You are welcome to call or email to get started. **Specialties:** I primarily work with adults who are experiencing major life changes or are struggling with stress, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. **Credentials & Experience:** I have over five years of experience as a case manager and social worker in community-based and higher education settings in addition to my experience practicing therapy.
"My therapeutic style is eclectic and is grounded in client-centered and relational methods. We will start by exploring what brought you to therapy, and techniques will be tailored to your specific concerns and goals. I often incorporate elements of ACT and CBT into sessions and draw upon a strengths-based approach."
