They can be from any walk of life, from any cultural background, and at any point along their life's journey. Motivation for change and willingness to explore what that change may look like in their life is a plus. Simply put, I am here to help those who want help achieving their goals and are willing to work with me on achieving the best version of themselves. I am a person-centered therapist with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused approaches to change. My number one priority as a therapist is establishing a positive, empathetic environment and rapport that allows for growth. I am happy to meet you where you are, actively listen, and provide support. I am also versed in the treatment of Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and Management of Psychosis/Psychotic Disorders **Credentials & Experience:** I have over 5 years of counseling experience in adult psychiatric and inpatient facilities. I am provisionally licensed in the state of SC and am certified with the National Board of Certified Counselors.
