·AMFTAbout
I offer empathetic and straightforward therapy to individuals, couples and families seeking relief from anxiety, depression and feelings of being stuck in the same problematic cycles. My approach emphasizes long-term change by addressing the root of problems. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, communication issues, men's issues and life transitions—for example, finding or switching careers, starting college, getting married, becoming a parent and wanting to make new friends. I also work with artists, business owners, and Master's level LMFT and LSCW students. I offer CBT, DBT skills, trauma-focused therapy, culturally informed therapy, and LGBTQ+ friendly therapy. Therapy with me is based on mutual collaboration, though I also offer more directive approaches if desired. My approach will be tailored to your needs and my room will become your room. I am accepting new clients as of January, 2026. Occasionally, I may offer lowered sliding scale fees or scholarships. Superbills are available for insurance reimbursement requests. **Credentials & Experience:** I have experience in private practice, community mental health and forensic therapy.
"Study after study shows that the most important factor in therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. I don't choose a therapy type before I meet you. I choose one after we get to know each other. There is no one-size-fits-all therapy!"
