Many find themselves at a point in their lives where external support is necessary to navigate life's challenges. My role as a clinician includes supporting my clients through providing a safe space to explore emotions, develop a plan, learn healthy coping strategies and increase self-confidence. I am experienced in facilitating conversations around divorce and separation with children and teenagers. I specialize in behavioral change and healing inter-personal relationships. I work with many individuals, families and youth experiencing ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR therapy. My true passion is working as therapeutic catalyst to promote positive change within youth and families. I provide treatment to the family as a whole and help to navigate community & school resources. I also specialize in working with families who are suffering from inter-relational conflict and extreme life-changes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am trained to take a non-judgmental and culturally competent approach. I strive to create a safe, therapeutic environment where self discovery, confidence, and healing can occur. My client's are given realistic and effective tools that they can use on a daily basis. **Credentials & Experience:** I have over 10 years of experience helping clients. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which can be extremely effective to treat intrusive thoughts, PTSD, self esteem difficulties and unresolved disturbing memories.
"I have a large array of treatment types that I draw from, catering to the individual needs of my clients.
