In therapy with me, you'll learn how to change your moods by changing your thoughts (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and how to live more in the present moment (Mindfulness-Based Therapy), which leads to emotional insights and feelings of peace and balance. Giving to ourselves the gift of healing is oftentimes not easy, but we are certainly all deserving. **Specialties:** To decrease your anxiety and depression, I will teach you healthier coping skills, such as deep breathing, grounding, thinking in more balanced ways (cognitive therapy) and practicing mindfulness. I will assign you homework, such as readings and home exercises. We will explore and work on resolving the stressors and inner conflicts in your life that are contributing to your anxiety/depression. **Credentials & Experience:** I have specialized training in Mindfulness (being in the here-and-now) in my personal and professional life. I have specialized training in treating perinatal mood disorders, including postpartum anxiety and depression, through Postpartum Support International.
