Lynde E Ross
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
·MSSW, LCSWAbout
I believe that we are designed to exist with the whole of ourselves being able to commune together and take up space. Maybe you even believe it and yet as hard as you have tried, there are just some places within yourself that feel impossible to get to, some patterns that feel impossible to move out of, some emotional expressions and experiences that feel so out of reach. Or maybe you just feel stuck. Stuck in ways you can name and in some you can’t even put words to. Maybe it’s been like this forever — maybe you can’t even think of a time when you didn’t have to be vigilant or anxious or disconnected from parts of yourself. Rooted in a strengths-based, integrative approach, I support clients in accessing their inner healer and trusting their innate capacity for growth and transformation. Through an attachment lens, I prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, secure, and soothed—key elements for deep healing and self-discovery. My aim is to provide compassionate care through authentic regard for each client and their unique experiences. With intuition and presence, I hold space for clients to explore their truest selves and make meaning of their experiences with gentleness and curiosity. **Credentials & Experience:** I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping clients. I am trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
"I use Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in my practice as a way to welcome clients into an experience that invites access to the stuck places while honoring the reasons the stuck places exist to begin with. KAP allows clients to actively examine, work with, and effectively process stuck material for long-lasting change, often far more quickly than traditional talk-oriented psychotherapies."
