I can understand and support you. I want you to know it can get better! Working together can be the start of living the life you want. My goal is to get to know you (or you and your partner), provide compassion, and a safe space where we can work together to reach your goals. Reaching out is the beginning of your path to well-being. I draw on research-based techniques to work with individuals (age 18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. With an Emotionally Focused approach, I help couples improve communication and deepen connection. As we work together, you will develop skills to make lasting positive change in your life. Being trained in the complementary techniques of Reiki and Sound Healing, I believe in and support a holistic approach to well-being. These are provided as a stand alone service and are not covered by insurance. The fee for a 50 minute Reiki/Sound Healing session is $100.
